F2 offers personal training with a One on One application combined with Nutritional Counselling by a certified Expert.

Our Client’s fitness goals, health concerns and regular assessments are closely monitored which includes improving or working on muscular endurance and strengthening Cardiovascular capabilities. In turn, this increases physical flexibility with effective workout and eating benchmarks!

At F2 , Farah & Neville work with clients thrice a week depending on the clients condition and maximum efforts are put in to achieve success. With constant coordination and careful evaluation of the Clients Fitness Levels,  they both assist to formulate suitable Exercise patterns to avoid injuries, monitor progress always helping the Client with answers to their fitness related questions duly educating them on food habits and a healthy lifestyle.

Our Personal training studio is also available for freelancers whereby personal trainers can bring in their clients and use the personal training studio space for a certain fee.
