Nishtha Bijlani teaches traditional Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa, with great focus on alignment and breath.
She has been a practitioner and teacher for the last 5 years in the city. With warm positive energy and precise instructions, she attempts to create a fun interactive learning space for every class. Her classes shall leave you feeling relaxed yet rejuvenated, and absolutely connected with yourself.
