F2 fitness is a group fitness studio and a personal training studio where we focus on different aspects of fitness
People attending our group classes are exposed to a social, fun and safe environment. A variety of class formats keep members motivated and interested as well as get different instructor styles and music selection
Most of them attending group classes don’t feel lost with the workout as during an exercise they are given name, the range wat muscle group, safety cues on form and technique and also motivated by an instructor and music to make performance better
As louder the music harder the beat better your workout.
And the most important part is they don’t feel alone.
Our group classes include world class Lesmills and TRX programmes as well as circuit, core, functional and weight training classes.
Les Mills, has been passionately devoted to create Revolutionary Fitness Sessions for over 25 years, employing Teams of International Leading Instructors who evolve new moves, tuned to new music, improvising and improving techniques of new programmes every 3 months! Each move is choreographed to perfection to result in weight Loss, strength, flexibility and self-satisfaction, which is why more than a whopping 6 Million people worldwide work out every week to the sound of Les Mills Programmes in front of a massive 70,000 Les Mills Trained Instructors in over 80 Countries!
F2 offers a variety of these classes which ranges from different aspects of fitness focusing on strength, stamina, flexibility and are drawn from different aspects i.e. mixed martial arts, yoga, tai-chi, pilates, dance, sports, high intensity interval training & weight training.
Personal training involves one on one training with a certified trainer. Clients goals, health concerns and results are monitored with effective workouts and nutritional guidance.

He has trained in Sydney and is an ACSM & K11 certified trainer for personal training and special population, a Les Mills group fitness instructor and certified in TRX & RIP training as well as personal training.

The best place one can be at is an understatement when somebody asks me about F2! It has been two years now that I have been working out here and I can definitely say that I am purely ADDICTED!! Farah and Neville are absolutely the best specially when it comes to keeping all the members motivated, they treat each one of us like a family member. Working out here doesn’t seem to be like a burden but becomes a part of your everyday routine which I definitely look forward to! (During vacations all I want to be is at F2) For me joining F2 was definitely a blessing in my life and farah and Neville are definitely the angels who have helped me in my fitness journey by keeping me motivated enough and it is because of them I have reached this far. what was only was a distant dream for me was made into reality by them 😌 The workouts are fun and are not monotonous and there is something to suit everyone’s choice and fitness levels! Working out at F2 since 2 and a half years. F2 Fitness is a package of cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility. It’s an amazing place to work out and has a variety of challenging fitness programmes, with great music and choreography. All trainers, especially Neville and Farah are great with forms and techniques for all the programmes and are extremely motivating and caring. Super positive and energetic atmosphere. F2 is the best place for body and mind transformation! Highly recommended !
Being lazy is easy, being healthy takes effort and determination to stay the course and follow through. I have been to several gyms, however, after the initial commitment I give myself and the gym, I’ve always ended up quitting mainly due to the lack of motivation and the will to go to the gym after a long hard day at work. That, however, has not been the case with F2 Fitness. Farah and Neville are 2 very passionate people who take personal interest in the routines and workouts of the people who frequent their gym and seek fitness advice from them. I no longer find working out to be a dull boring chore, rather it’s now part of my daily routine and has become a way for me to distress after a long day at work leaving me fresh and energized and also relaxed at the same time. Farah and Neville invest in your fitness personally and push you to be the best version of yourself. I remember days where I was too exhausted and wanted to skip, but, Neville found a way to make me work out without stressing or straining myself. I never dreamt I’d be where I am today – going from 127kgs to 108kgs has been an insane experience – and the journey has just begun. I can’t thank you guys enough and I thoroughly miss working out with you guys during this lockdown. Can’t wait to get back!! I love the f2 gym It’s not pretentious and the people there are nice, motivating and create a great atmosphere
