Strength Training in a class setting

This is your opportunity to have the benefits
of personal training with the company of a small group. Be challenged in
your weight workouts...take the next step. Receive individual attention as you
strengthen your body. You will learn proper form and technique as we focus
on defining muscles and gaining strength.
Beginner Strength

Learn the basics of strength training, starting with modified moves and light
weights. During the 8 week session you will build knowledge, strength and confidence.
Primary focus in class will be to teach you proper form and technique while
getting a great workout. The tools you will receive from this class will
prepare you for more advanced classes, or give you ideas for training on your
own! Each participant will be encouraged to learn at their own level
and to progress at their own pace.
Fusion
Strength

to 6 students)
Fusion Strength is a great opportunity to emphasize your own personal abilities and strengths! Taught in a warm room, we work every major muscle group by utilizing our body as the tool for resistance. Together we work on achieving greater levels of body awareness, strength and flexibility by moving slowly and focusing on form and function. This workout combines moves taken from traditional strength training, yoga and "core focused" mat work. Every level can enjoy this workout as modifications and advancements for each movement are shown and encouraged.
Circuit
Strength & Power 70

Circuit Strength and
Power is a dynamic class designed to challenge your body on every level. Move
through timed sequences that will increase your strength, stability, power, and
agility! Each student will be offered modifications and advancements based on
individual ability. All major muscle groups emphasized along with a 10 minute
core-specific workout!
Conclude the class with cool down and stretching.
