F2Spinning®  is...                    

               A small group indoor cycling program that caters to all fitness levels, from the avid cyclist to the first time rider.   A premier program utilizing state-of-the-art cycles and equipment not currently found in any area health club.  A safe, fun and complete workout that is sustainable for all ages, levels and lifestyles.  An important component of the customized and balanced approach to wellness that Fusion Fitness is founded upon.  An individually paced journey, not a group exercise session where individual needs are forsaken to keep up the pace of others.  A program in which experienced instructors teach form and technique through positive suggestions after assessing the proficiency of each student.  A positive environment designed to motivate individuals through encouragement and affirmation.  A program that holds dear the notion that the instructor is the coach and the workout belongs to the student!

Spinning  A 60 minute class comprised of a 45 minute ride and 15 minutes of full-body stretching utilizing bands and mats.  Advance reservations required.

Begin to Spin This small group class is designed for participants to become familiar with the program, learn how to ride at their own level and feel comfortable in any Spinning class! Each class will consist of a 35-40 minute ride designed to teach the building blocks of safe and successful riding. It will end with a full body stretch and an opportunity to ask questions. All that’s needed is an open mind and a willingness to have fun! We’ll cover all the basics of bike safety, personalized modifications and what to expect in a class setting. Spring water and towels are provided – just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes!! 4 classes.
*This class is safe and appropriate for pre and post natal participants (please bring a heart rate monitor, or call Fusion Fitness and they can provide one for you).

Phase 2 Spin  This 45-minute class is the perfect next step for Spinning® students who have graduated from our Begin to Spin program.  The Phase 2 class will reinforce everything the student learned in the 4 session of BTS, and will build upon that knowledge with additional skills and techniques for safe and successful riding at a slightly higher level than in Begin to Spin.  Each class consists of a 30 minute ride taught with variations and modifications so students can continue to ride at their own level and grow stronger at their own pace.  You will leave this class feeling energized, strong and successful!    *This class is safe for pre-and post-natal participants (please bring a heart monitor to class, or ask us to arrange the use of one for you when you call to reserve your spot).  Advance reservations required.

Endurance Spin  A 75 minute class that consists of a 60 minute ride and 15 minutes of stretch.  This ride gives participants the opportunity to take their Spinning® experience to a new level as the teacher coaches the group through and inspirational, stimulating long ride!  Spend more time in your endurance and strength energy zones, while still primarily working in the aerobic range (aerobic exercise = 80% of maximum heart rate or less).  Utilize techniques that include cadence building, resistance loading, running with resistance and jumps on a hill.  This intermediate/advanced class is suggested for individuals who are experienced with the Spinning® program and who have both strong aerobic capacity and leg strength.  Advance reservations required.

Spin with Abs  A 60 minute class comprised of a 45 minute ride and 15 minutes of abdominal work and stretching.  $10 per class or 1 punch on spin card. 12 participants. Advance reservations required.

Spinning Sampler  Each week, experience a different "Spinning Energy Zone" - each a 45 minutes class.
