Join Team Fusion Fitness in our Running Program!

6 Week 'Preparing for a 5K' Program ~ March 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15 - 6:00 - 7:15pm 
This small group program is designed for individuals with little to no running experience who have the desire to run or run/walk a 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) road race. Join Annalisa as she takes to the streets (beaches and parks!) of Beverly for an organized training plan that will include the basics of starting a running program and will teach you how many days per week you should run, how many miles to run each day, what pace is appropriate and the best stretches for runners. Those with some running experience (within the past 30 days) who have run a 5k before are welcome and encouraged.
