Thank you for your patronage. We are grateful for your business! Fusion Fitness ~ F2 ~ has been created exclusively for you...the client and class participant. Our private studio is a place where you are regarded as an individual. We promise that your safety, interests and abilities are the focus behind everything we do.
Drop in Yoga and Spinning Policies:
To ensure your space in our limited-size yoga and Spinning classes, we request, but do not require, that you make a reservation in advance. Standing reservations are available and encouraged for clients who have active yoga and Spinning class cards (click on links above for information and pricing). You may request to be placed on a waiting list for classes that are full. **Fusion Fitness recognizes that you may opt to just "drop in". We want our classes to work for you!!! Please recognize that if you chose this option, that all pre-reserved students will be seated initially. Following this, we will honor participants on a first-come, first-served basis.***

NEW Spinning Policies effective September 4, 2007:
Fusion Fitness is a boutique Spinning environment that offers clients privately held spaces in classes of their choosing. Unlike other environments where Spinners are asked to show up and wait for a bike (and hope there is one available when they arrive!), at Fusion Fitness there is no waiting necessary! Instead, there will be a bike, a fresh towel, and spring water waiting for you when you arrive! In order to continue to serve the needs of our growing clientele, we ask that you understand the following cancellation policy for Spinning reservations. We look forward to continuing to dedicate ourselves to your well-being by providing you with the most personalized and innovative fitness programming in the industry! How to Reserve a Spinning Bike:
Fusion Fitness is pleased to offer our clients the flexibility of four ways to reserve a Spinning bike:
Standing reservation – a standing reservation means that we will reserve a bike for you every week in the class or classes that you choose. No waiting, no calling, and no emailing necessary – you have a privately held space in any class(es). Any client that holds a Spinning class ‘punch’ card may take advantage of this unique benefit.
Advance sign-up in-studio – sign up sheets for 2 weeks (for the current week and the following week) are available in the common area (hallway) for your convenience so that you may reserve a bike in advance for classes that meet your busy schedule!
Email sign-up – for classes between 24 hours and up to 2 weeks into the future, you may sign up via email at spin@f2fitness.com. This option does not apply to classes within a 24 hour time period (phone calls only for classes within a 24 hour period).
Telephone – you may sign up for any class via telephone at 978-697-5439. Leaving a voice message IS acceptable as this line is available for messages 24 hours per day/seven days per week. You will only receive a call back if there is no space available in the class you requested.
A signed cancellation policy agreement is required to take advantage of any of the advance reservation options listed above. Please note that reserving a bike in advance requires that either a credit card or a class punch card be kept on file in the studio.

Each client who chooses personal training is making a great commitment to their health and well being. We promise to meet your commitment with equal enthusiasm! Each client will receive a complimentary session prior to working with us to cover health history, background and interests. This is our time to set realistic and achievable goals. These goals will be the foundation for each of your work out sessions. We will evaluate your progress often and adjust our plans accordingly. You will receive the attention and guidance you need to succeed in attaining your goals. We take great care in maintaining your privacy and focus; when you train with us, the studio is reserved exclusively for your use. As much planning goes into your session, we ask for your understanding and support of our cancellation policies. Fitness Fusion maintains the policy of "24 hours notice for cancellation" for your personal training sessions. This will allow us to reschedule your appointment as well as enable ample opportunity to optimize the use of our studio by scheduling another appointment in this timeslot. If less than 12 hours notice is provided, a 50% charge of your appointment will be made to your account. If no notice is given, a full charge of your appointment will be added to your account.

Our studio is a place where you are regarded as an individual, even in a class setting. In order to accomplish our mission, Fusion Fitness must limit our class size and ask for a commitment of 8 weeks per class session. This allows the instructor to evaluate both you and your classmates and create a class that is safe and inspiring. Each class in the session will be built upon the knowledge and understandings from previous lessons. It is because of this continuity that you will find new levels of body awareness and fitness. F2 maintains the policy of "No Refunds/No Exchanges, unless the class is cancelled". Before making the choice to study with us, we ask that you review the planned dates of your session.
